Our belief
StudentHive was created with the aim of fixing the outdated and fragmented approach we had to selling student property. The market lacked a dedicated, specialist platform that truly understood the unique dynamics of student investments – leaving tonnes of opportunities under-exposed.
We believe owning student property comes with unique complexities & selling it is no different. We know the process inside and out, from the initial marketing stage to managing the complicated conveyancing
process that entails.

Our story
StudentHive was founded with a clear mission: to transform the way student investment properties are bought and sold in the UK.
Originating from London, Callum worked for a multi-disciplined property company in the City before moving to Liverpool where he worked under Connells Group in estate agency & began building his own property portfolio. In 2023 he then founded his first successful investment agency, Sergeant Property Group.
Sergeant Property Group sells a variety of asset types, from small buy-to-let houses to multi-million-pound blocks of apartments, including student property.
However, Callum noticed a gap in the industry. The student market was booming, yet the agents handling these sales were often failing both buyers and sellers. Transactions were slow, advice was generic, and the specialist knowledge needed to navigate this sector was lacking.
From this, StudentHive was born – an agency laser-focused on student property. Our goal is simple, to ensure our sellers get the best price with expert guidance & provide buyers with high-quality investment opportunities.
