Having valued 1,000’s of properties, we will give you a realistic, up-to-date appraisal & agree on a marketing price that will optimise your eventual sale.

Information gathering

We’ll do a deep dive & collect all the relevant information from you so that we can put together a detailed investment
brochure.
This will involve professional photography & floorplans too.

where the large majority of our deals get sold. We also market on Rightmove for properties we feel need that extra
bit of exposure.
